Orders may be placed using this order form or by telephone,
mail or fax. Internet orders will be totaled based on the
products and options selected as well as the shipping charges
for the selected items. We will email (or call) you with
the total charges and order confirmation prior to initializing
billing or production. Please read and understand our order
cancellation policies, (see PURCHASING
INFO). We also have a new payment
policy. We are now allowing 10% down (non-refundable)
when ordering and 90% balance is due 1 week prior to production/shipment.

to add logos on equipment*
PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY:
Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order (Personal cheques
must clear prior to manufacturing)
PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO:
Battram Custom Goal Equipment.
ORDERING:
Order via fax (fill in form below and fax), phone, or simply
submit this form with the "submit" button below.
We will confirm all orders via phone or email.
DELIVERY:
All orders are custom manufactured and not "off the
shelf". Most orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks (call
to inquire). Additional time may be required for orders
during peak business periods.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Unless specified, all equipment will be shipped via Canada
Post or Canpar.
Shipments will include delivery confirmation and a signature
requirement to guarantee orders are properly received and
in new condition.
RETURNS:
No return of equipment will be accepted without written
authorization from Battram Custom Goal Equipment.
10% order finalization deposit will be retained by Battram
as it is non-refundable.
US
ORDERS:
Battram will pay BROKERAGE FEES for clearing goal equipment
orders from Canada to the US.
CURRENCY:
Our order form is in Canadian Dollars. Please check the
current exchange rate at XE.com.
